THE FIRM

To our knowledge, we are the only general interest lobbying firm in Washington, D.C.

This means we lobby for legislative reforms that establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to Americans and our Posterity, consistent with the Constitution of the United States. We strongly believe the U.S. Government should be restricted to passing and implementing general laws that benefit all Americans, for the sole purpose of protecting our basic rights.

We do not represent and will not lobby on behalf of special interests looking for benefits and privileges. When the government grants such to any select group, it harms others. All Americans, and all classes of industries, are equally important to the general Welfare, and equally entitled to protection and Justice.

This makes us unlike any other lobbying firm, for most lobbyists do the exact opposite — they represent special interests and lobby the U.S. Government to provide them with benefits and privileges, to legislate and implement regulations exclusively for one select group or one particular class of industry rather than the American People in general.

Special interest lobbyists have been very successful for a long time, which means their numerous clients continue to benefit at the expense of others. Some of these special interests have been given the power of monopolies which result in tyranny and oppressions of the bodies and minds of too many Americans.

President Abraham Lincoln said the purpose of government is "to elevate the condition of men — to lift artificial weights from all shoulders; to clear the paths of laudable pursuit for all; to afford all an unfettered start and a fair chance in the race of life."

We fight for public policy reforms that will achieve this purpose, for legislative reforms that will strip special interests of privileges, undo the harms that have been done to others, and create a level playing field that ensures equal opportunities for all to succeed.
