PHASE II
GOALS & STRATEGIC PLANNING

Goals

Only when we understand the accurate overview of the broad existing situation do we work with our client to define the goals and purposes of the communications campaign.

Strategic Planning

With the goals and purposes defined, we draft a general plan that makes success possible. This plan serves as the central strategy that will guide the overall conduct of the political communications campaign.  All actions described in this plan are directed toward the achievement of the goals and purposes.  Benchmarks are defined so we have metrics that can be used to measure progress.

Hard work, competence, demonstrated results and fair exchange are four of the core values we operate on.  This is why we insist on defining and getting agreement on the goals and purposes of our political communications campaigns up front, and on observable benchmarks that will be used to measure our performance and progress toward the objectives.
