Research

In addition to gathering extensive data about the situation, we survey each new client to learn as much about them and their purposes, viewpoints and values as possible, ensuring we fully understand their specific needs and wants.

Data Evaluation

We sift through and evaluate all the data collected in research, and then develop an accurate overview of the broad existing situation, including clear statements of the problems and their actual causes.
